It is a holistic approach that includes physical-activity guidance, nutritional education, and behavior-change coaching. If you are looking to transform your life,this all encompassing program will help you develop the skills you need. We work at your pace to implement lifestyle changes through goal setting, planning for obstacles, education, and building the belief in yourself that you will succeed. Sessions can be in person or remotely.
$350/month, with a minimum of a four month commitment. This covers a one hour weekly session, plus unlimited email support.
