Small Group Training is a fun and affordable way to get motivated and inspired by others. We combine strength training to build lean muscle and cardio circuits to burn fat. From beginners to advanced, anyone can participate. Classes are limited to eight people so that everyone receives attention and the appropriate options. Every class is different, so be prepared to sweat, learn new things, and make friends.
Group classes will resume in January! If you’re interested in training between 6:30 am and 2 pm, let me know so we can start new groups!
Sessions are $15 drop in, 4/$50, or $95/month
