Paleo Freezer Fudge

Did you know I have a sweet tooth?  Thank you Kelly for creating this delicious recipe.  If you have not yet read her book, Body Love, go check it out!  She talks about what to eat, the science behind it, and has yummy recipes like this one http://bewellbykelly.com/recent-posts/2015/11/4/freezer-fudge

I modified the recipe slightly, based on the ingredients I had and to make it a little crunchier.  I also cut it in half in case I had trouble with portion control.  :)

My version of Freezer Fudge

Melt 1/2 cup coconut oil, then mix in 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/8 cup crunchy almond butter, and 1/8 cup Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips.  Let set in the freezer for 20 minutes then enjoy a small piece!

If you make this into 12 servings, each serving has 114 calories, 12 g fat, 3 g carbs, and 2 g protein so it should still be considered a treat!
