10 Minute Challenge

Stay committed to your fitness goals by committing to moving your body for 10 minutes a day for the rest of the year! The next few weeks are filled with parties, shopping, cooking, and traveling, but you can find 10 minutes for a workout! If you can do more, that’s great, but focus on building the habit of creating time every day. Once 2019 comes, you will have developed the habit and exercise will become a part of your lifestyle. You’ll manage stress, have more energized, and build the confidence that you can do it! Keep it simple with a walk or run, or get some ideas here. Finish the year strong!
