Quick At Home Workouts

You don't have to spend hours in the gym to get results!  A short, intense workout can be effective, especially when combined with eating the right food.  Here are two of my favorite CrossFit inspired workouts.  They can be done anywhere, with little to no equipment.  The goal is to work as hard as you can.  You can mix and match any movements to create different workouts- squats, push ups, lunges, burpees, sit ups, etc.  The combinations are endless!


This is a common rep scheme in CrossFit.  Pick 2-3 exercises and do 21 reps of each movement, then 15 of each, then 9 of each.  



Tabata means 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, then 10 seconds of rest.  You can do one exercise for all eight rounds, or alternate between two different ones.  Do up to four sets of Tabata and try to work the entire 20 seconds.
