Honey Sriracha Meatballs

How many of you are like me and find recipes on Pinterest after you have already gone to the grocery store?  I was inspired by this recipe  http://www.eatyourselfskinny.com/honey-sriracha-glazed-meatballs/  but since I didn't have all the ingredients, here is my simplified version that is also Paleo!  


1 lb ground turkey

1 egg

1 tbs Coconut Aminos

Salt and Pepper


Mix together and bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.  Flip the meatballs half way through. 

TIP- Make into 16 meatballs so that each is roughly one ounce and it's easy to portion out for your macros.  You can easily double or triple this recipe and serve them different ways.  


2 tbs Sriracha (more if you like it really spicy)

2 tbs Honey

1/4 tsp ground ginger powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Mix together in a saucepan until warm then pour on the meatballs.

I served it with cauliflower rice and steamed spinach.
