About Me

I’m a wife, mother, and animal lover!  I started CrossFit in 2010 and it completely changed my perception of health and fitness. After 15 years of climbing the corporate ladder, I took a leap of faith and left to pursue my passion of helping others get healthy.  I want everyone to experience how good they can feel!  

I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise and have completed my CrossFit Level 1 and 2, Mobility, and CrossFit Kids training.  I run the On Ramp program at our gym because I love helping new people get started.

I believe that being healthy isn’t just about a number on a scale. It means getting stronger and building your stamina, fueling your body with high quality nutrition, being grateful, and most importantly, treating your body like you love it.  It’s setting and accomplishing goals, improving your quality of life and gaining energy and confidence. 

The most rewarding part of my job is helping someone reach their goals and set new Personal Records (PR’s). Whether you are just getting started or want to take your workout to the next level, I would love to help!  Get ready to love your body and love your life!
