Working out should be fun! At PR with CR we work together to create a specific exercise plan that’s as unique as you are. Training comes in several forms – personal, small group and in-home. Additionally, I offer nutritional support as a complement to your workout regimen or as a stand-alone option. As a working mother of two, I totally get it. It can be difficult to find the time for working out and nutrition. But, significant results can be seen in as little as a few 30-minute sessions a week.
