About me

Christine Rosencrance

 

 

I’m a wife, mother, and animal lover!   I started CrossFit in 2010 and it completely changed my perception of health and fitness. After 15 years of climbing the corporate ladder, I took a leap of faith and left to pursue my passion of helping others get healthy.  I want everyone to experience how good they can feel!  

I am a Certified Personal Trainer though the American Council on Exercise and have completed my CrossFit Level 1 and 2, Mobility, and CrossFit Kids training.  I run the On Ramp program because I love helping new people get started.

I believe that being healthy isn’t just about a number on a scale. It means getting stronger and building your stamina, fueling your body with nutrients, being grateful, and most importantly, treating your body like you love it.  It’s setting and accomplishing goals, improving your quality of life and gaining energy and confidence.  

The most rewarding part of my job is helping someone reach their goals and set new Personal Records (PR’s). Whether you are just getting started or want to take your workout to the next level, I would love to help!

Services- Personal Training, Small Group Training, Nutrition and Lifestyle Support

 

Personal Training

Personal training offers accountability, motivation, and an individualized program. I know your time is valuable, so I focus on a fun and effective workout based on your personal goals.  We focus on proper technique, and will address any mobility limitations so that you can enjoy a better quality of life.  And since most of your life is spent outside of the gym, we will also address nutrition and lifestyle changes that will support your goals.  

The first step is understanding what you want to accomplish and any challenges that have stopped you.  We start with a free consultation to understand where you are and where you want to go.

Personal Training Rates

One on One Training

30 minute sessions- eight for $240

1 hour sessions- eight for $440

Add a partner – eight 1 hour sessions for $280 per person

Bootcamp/Small Group Training

Small Group Training is a fun and affordable way to get motivated and inspired by others.  We combine strength training to tone up and circuit training to burn fat.  From beginners to advanced, anyone can participate.  Classes are limited to eight people so that everyone receives attention and the appropriate options.  Every class is different, so be prepared to sweat and learn new things.

 

Sessions are $15 each or 4/$50

 

At Home Programming

Can't make it to my gym? Sign up for At Home Programming and receive three full body workouts each week.  All you need is a set of dumbbells!  Each workout is simple to follow and will take an hour or less to complete.  Get an effective workout with a combination of strength training that will progress throughout the month and CrossFit inspired workouts for maximum fat burning.  This program can be modified to any level. 

General Fitness Programming- $40/month

Current Clients- this is a great way to add in a few extra sessions on your own time at the discounted rate of $20/month!

Personalized training- $120/month

Have more specific goals and want more advanced training?  Receive up to five customized workouts a week based on your unique situation.  This includes a free consultation to understand your goals, schedule and equipment available and weekly check ins. 

 

Nutrition

The food you eat has a huge impact on how you look and feel.   My goal is to help you make lasting lifestyle changes that do not seem like a restrictive diet.  

I start by analyzing your food log, and working with you to implement changes to reach your goals.  We move at your pace to make sure it works with your lifestyle and is sustainable. I help you understand the macronutrients that you need, and how to plan your meals.  My approach is to focus mainly on real, high quality food- lean protein, healthy fats, and vegetables and find what works best for you!  There is no magical, one size fits all approach.  

Macro Calculation and sample meal plan- $30

Change is hard!  If you need more support, I am available to help with more in depth meal planning and prep ideas, grocery shopping, mindset changes,  etc.  Let me know what you need to be successful!
