PR = Personal Record.  Everyone has a different starting point and path they want their fitness journey to follow.  It starts with getting to know you and understanding what you want to accomplish. CR= me, Christine Rosencrance.  I'm a certified Personal Trainer with a passion for helping people live their best life through exercise and nutrition.  

Working out should be fun! At PR with CR we work together to create a specific exercise plan that’s as unique as you are. Training comes in several forms – personal, small group and in-home. Additionally, I offer nutritional support as a complement to your workout regimen or as a stand-alone option. As a working mother of two, I totally get it. It can be difficult to find the time for working out and nutrition.
