I’m a certified personal trainer though the American Council on Exercise and have also completed my CrossFit Level 1, Mobility, and CrossFit Kids training.
I believe that being healthy isn’t just fitting into your skinny jeans (that is just an added benefit)! It’s about setting and accomplishing goals, improving your quality of life and gaining energy and confidence.
