Holiday Health Tips

The Holidays are coming!
Now is a great time to set or recommit to healthy habits. Here are a few tips:

Schedule at least 3 days a week to workout and stick with it.
Running and walking are great ways to exercise in a short time so make sure you are ready for any type of weather. Waterproof jackets and hats make a huge difference.
Find events that are active and don’t revolve around food. Hay mazes, walking to see lights, etc keep you moving and create memories.
Bring a healthy side dish to parties.
Fill up on veggies and lean protein before you go any where.
Plan ahead. Be a little more strict with your meal plans so you can have a treat at parties.
Halloween candy is not worth it. Donate it!
